The Disability Insurance Branch’s Outreach Development Section (ODS) is the EDD unit that markets the SDI program through events, conferences, webinars, publications, and the EDD website. They educate and create partnerships with external stakeholders to increase PFL and Disability Insurance awareness. They also develop responses to inquiries received from field offices, researchers, PFL advocates, the media, and constituents.
